Postpartum Meal Support

Nourishing others, especially in a time of need, has always been a deep passion of mine.  In my work as a Natural Chef, Nutrition Consultant and Doula, I am able to witness the tender, vulnerable postpartum period over and over again and combining it with my passion for cooking nutritious, vibrant food feels like a perfect match. I graduated from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition in 2013 as a Natural Chef, and have been cooking in commercial kitchens and doing personal chef work ever since. I couldn't imagine leaving it behind when birth work started to take over much of my time, and I am so glad it fits in so seamlessly into the work I’m already doing. My primary goal in Postpartum Meal support is to nourish the new family with healthy, flavorful options so that more of the attention can be on learning the ropes of caring for a newborn. I work one on one with you to devise menus that works best for you and your family, whether it is a full weeks meal coverage or simply a mix of snacks and nourishing bone broth to fill in the gaps.
